1 fully cooked ham (5 to 9 pounds)

2 cans (8 ounces each) pineapple, drained and sliced

1 small jar Maraschino cherries, stems removed

1/2 cup or more whole cloves

1 1/2 cups peach nectar or one 10 ounce jar peach preserves

1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

dash of cinnamon

Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan.  Score top of ham in a diamond pattern, stud points of ham with whole cloves; secure pineapple slices and cherries on ham with toothpicks.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, peach nectar, vinegar, ground cloves and cinnamon.  Pour half of the glaze over ham.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with drippings.  Uncover, bake an additional 30 minutes, or until ham is completely done.
